Linguswamy compares Nayantara with Sridevi

Producer-director Linguswamy has compared Nayantara with Sridevi, who had both Northern and Southern film worlds in her grip for long. Linguswamy feels that Nayantara has all the qualities that Sridevi had and might go on to become as successful as Sridevi was during her prime.

Well, it is true! After Billa (2007) was screened at Cannes, the news about flamboyant Nayantara’s performance spread like wildfire. Nayantara soon saw many Bollywood producers and director approaching with film offers. But the lady, who is known as the “number one” actress in Kollywood, decided to wait for the right opportunity and rejected myriad offers. With her beauty, grace, poise and acting skills, Nayantara certainly has the potential to achieve the same success that Sridevi achieved.

Linguswamy also stated that his film Payya will certainly bring out the best in Nayantara as it provides her ample scope to showcase not only her beauty but also her abundant acting skills.
