Lakshmi Rai opposite Ravi Teja

Ravishing Lakshmi Rai, who debuted in Tollywood with Kanchanamala Cable TV (2005) opposite Srikanth, will be the lead lady in crazy star Ravi Teja's upcoming Telugu film Fight, directed by Krishna Vamshi and produced by Bellamkonda Suresh under the banner of Sri Sai Ganesh Productions.

Fight is the third film by Krishna Vamshi-Ravi Teja duo, whose earlier movies were Sindooram and Khadgam. The regular shooting will start in August. Fight is said to be an action entertainer with all commercial elements including action, sentiment and comedy.

Notably, after her super hit Malayalam film 2 Harihar Nagar (2009), Lakshmi Rai is currently busy with six films: Vaamanan, Muthirai, Naan Avanillai 2 and Irumbu Kottai Murattu Singam in Tamil, Casanova in Malayalam and Hey Gujju in Hindi.
