Kutty in Pongal race
Kutty, starring Dhanush and Shriya, is another entry for the Pongal race. Directed by Mithran Jawahar of Yaaradi Nee Mohini fame, it is the remake of Telugu blockbuster Arya with Allu Arjun in the lead role.
Mithran Jawahar and Dhanush are teaming up again for the remake of another Telugu hit Ready. The director has reportedly made a few changes in the script of Arya to suit the Tamil audiences.
“The film has comedy, romance and emotions; I think it is a perfect entertainer,†Mithran Jawahar said. Music is by Devi Sri Prasad and Dhanush is reportedly playing the role of a upper middle-class guy.
