Director Prabu Solomon’s upcoming film is Kayal, starring newcomers Vincent, Chandran and Anandhi in the lead roles. This film is about the horrific Tsunami that hit Tamil Nadu in 2004.
The film went for censors yesterday and we hear that the film has received a clean U certificate without having to make any cuts. The film is now scheduled to release on December 19.
However, we are yet to receive any official confirmation regarding the same. If all goes well, Kayal will be facing Pisaasu head to head, on December 19.
