Katradhu Kalavu to compete with Singam!

Krishna, son of producer Pattiyal Sekar and brother of director Vishnuvardhan, got a dashing entry into Kollywood through Alibaba. With his neat performance, he was able to get some words of appreciation even from the harshest film critics. Now the young star is ready for his next film – Katradhu Kalavu.

Katradhu Kalavu (also spelt as Katrathu Kalavu) is produced by Krishna’s father Pattiyal Sekar. According to Sekar, the film will be a perfect mixture of a beautiful love story, action and drama. Famous ad filmmaker Balaji will direct this film and he plans to make it unique in narration. With eminent cinematographer Nirav Shah handling the camera, there is no doubt Katradhu Kalavu will be a visual treat. Music is by Vinayak Mano.

Vijayalakshmi (of Chennai 600028 and Anjaathey fame) will pair up with Krishna in the film. Since both Vijayalakshmi and Krishna are upcoming stars, they will be very determined to give their best performances, which will make Katradhu Kalavu an interesting film to watch.

Katradhu Kalavu is all set to compete with Suriya's Singam, directed by Hari.
