Karunas: No more hero roles for me

Karunas is disturbed by rumours that he is declining offers of comic roles preferring to accept more lead roles. The actor�has clarified�he is least interested in lead roles and Dindigul Sarathy just happened; his stint with lead roles shall end right there. Karunas also added that he was selected for the role in Dindigul Sarathy because he fitted the bill perfectly – Dindigul Sarathy is about a plain-looking man with a huge inferiority complex and a beautiful wife.

Karunas said that he is currently doing comic roles in 15 films including Ayan, Silambattam, Rajathi Raja (also referred to as Rajadhi Raja) and Panchamirtham. He says that he is absolutely happy doing comedy in Tamil films. He revealed he loved making people laugh right from his childhood.�“I shall never give up comedy,” asserts this wonderful comedian.
