Director Shankar’s assistant Karthik G. Krish is making his directorial debut with Kappal, a comedy entertainer. This film has Vaibhav Reddy and Sonam Bajwa in the lead roles while Arjunan, Karunakaran and VTV Ganesh will be seen in supporting roles.
We hear that the film is gearing up to hit the screens on December 25 as a Christmas special. The film went for censors yesterday and has received a U certificate. Reportedly, the censor officials were super impressed with the unique content of the film.
Director Shankar has been repeatedly saying that he laughed non-stop after seeing the film. Kappal is expected to be released along with Kayal, Isai and Vellaikara Durai.
