Kanthaswamy to be postponed?
Kanthaswamy, the most-awaited film of the year, was launched almost two years ago, and will soon be released. But nobody knows the exact release date.
According to sources, the producers had first decided to release it by August, but the audience may now get to see the film earlier than predicted. The post production work is in full swing, and Kanthaswamy will release simultaneously in Telugu as Mallana.
Kanthaswamy is a super hero subject with Vikram and Shriya in the lead roles.
Many say that since the inauspicious Aadi Masam starts on July 17th, the producers might not want to take any chances and release it after 17th August. Vikram is extremely popular in Andhra and Kerala as well. Hence the producers hope that it will be well-received. The audio release of Kanthaswamy/ Mallanna took place a few weeks ago and the songs are already topping the charts.
Vikram is also hoping for the best, and is very firm that he will start working on his next project only after the release of Kanthaswamy.
