Kajol in Kamal’s Marmayogi

Kamal Haasan has finally started to concentrate on his next project. The actor gave all that he could to Dasavathaaram, and even when it was complete, he did not relax but got involved in marketing it. Now he has started planning for his next film, Marmayogi. Kamal Haasan is not only starring in this movie, he is also directing and producing it. At present, he is looking for a suitable corporate who can be his partner in producing it.

Marmayogi is said to be a historical film rich with adventure and romance. Kamal Haasan is said to be looking for a heroine from Bollywood; the buzz is that Kajol might get a call in this regard. If Kajol acts in this film, Kamal gets the distinction of having acted with the famous cousins of Bollywood - Rani Mukherjee (his heroine in Hey Raam) and Kajol.

This is Kamal’s second film which borrows its title from a famous yesteryear M.G.R. hit. Earlier, it was Kamal Haasan’s Sathi Leelavathi, which was named after an M.G.R. hit from the 30s.
