Jaggubhai for Diwali

Director K.S. Ravikumar's Jaggubhai was in the news for quite some time as it was Superstar Rajinikanth who was supposed to play the title role. For unknown reasons, the project remained in hibernation till it was recently revived by Radaan Movies, the home banner of Sarathkumar.

Acknowledging the movie as his dream project, Sarath hoped that this high octane action packed entertainer would be an ideal Diwali gift for his fans. “The movie has shaped out well, with much of the suspense retained till the end. Shooting in Malaysia was hassle-free,” said Sarath after the rigorous month-long schedule in Kuala Lumpur.

Interestingly, in Jaggubhai, Shriya Saran plays Sarah's daughter while debutante Sreesha appears as his wife.
