Isaignani Ilaiyaraaja was the guest honour at the convocation of LV Prasad Film and TV Academy which was held recently. At the event, Ilaiyaraaja told the students that he is ready to compose music for their short films free of cost.
He further asked the fresh bunch of graduates to form groups and come up with a short film of duration 10 minutes. He added that he will score the music for the films on the spot.
The music maestro concluded saying that we have to help each other in the industry to learn and equip ourselves. Director Adoor Gopalakrishnan added that the students are lucky to work with the legend.
