Hitesh Jhabak’s hatrick

Hitesh Jhabak’s Nemichand Productions has made three films so far and all of them are totally different in style, story and narration. But the interesting thing is that all three managed to find their own niche audience and became hits.

The production house’s first film was the remake of the classic Nan Avanillai which portrayed an intriguing storyline and perfect casting in Jeevan, Sneha, Namitha and others. The film, running on the lines of both offbeat and commercial paths, was noticed and appreciated by the masses. Next came Anjathe featuring Malayalam hero Narain in a police role and refreshing in its approach. The third film Pandi, which prompted Sneha to switch to a more glamorous appearance on screen, was liked by people in rural areas. Pandi gave a boost to the career of Lawrence Raghavendra

With three different hit films in their kitty, Hitesh Jhabak has proved that he definitely knows his business and target audience when making films. With their fresh approach towards films Nemichand Productions are back in business with two more films. For Panthayam  aka Pandhayam featuring Nitin Sathya and Sindhu Tolaani in the lead, Hitesh is collaborating with S.A. Chandrasekhar’s V.V. Creations. A major attraction of the film is the cameo role of Vijay; Nitin Sathya plays a diehard Vijay fan in the film.

Another film to be produced by Hitesh will be Pokkisham, which will be directed by Cheran, who will be acting in the film with Padmapriya. Like his previous movies, Pokkisham is also expected to be a neat and clean entertainer with human emotions taking centre stage.
