After rejecting prominent film offers, Shruti Haasan made her acting debut with Soham Shah's Luck opposite Imran Khan in 2009. In Tamil she made her debut opposite Suriya in A.R. Murugadoss' much hyped 7 Aum Arivu in 2011.
