Gauthami on small screen

Following several actresses like Radikaa, Ramya Krishnan, Sri Priya, Devayani, Kausalya and Khushbu, Gauthami makes her entry into the realm of television.

Produced by Abirami Ramanathan, the serial, also titled Abirami, will be aired on Kalaignar TV. The story of the serial is written by Kutty Padmini's daughter. Padmini is the creative head of the venture.

The serial was set rolling by Kamal Haasan, who switched on the camera, Producers' Council president Ramanarayan gave the clap. The launch function was held at Abirami Mega Mall. Khushbu, who was present at the launch, welcomed Gauthami into the TV family.
