Ganesh Venkataraman's Valentine's day gift

Ganesh Venkatraman and his�rippling muscles are giving young women down South sleepless nights! The brawny young actor made his debut as a Sardarji with Abhiyum Naanum and won approving nods for his portrayal. As the tough cop in Kamal Haasan's Unnaipol Oruvan, Ganesh�made many many female hearts palpitate!

This Valentine's day, there is something special waiting for the handsome hunk.�Before you jump to any conclusion, let us�reveal that he will receive 'The Edison Best Supporting Actor Award' for his role as the tough cop Arif Khan in the Unnaipol Oruvan. The award will be presented on Valentine’s Day (Feb 14).

The Edison Awards is an unique Tamil film awards function in which�fans from all over the world vote online for their favourite actor. The awards will be telecast in 7 countries. “I am overwhelmed by the response to the movie! I was mobbed by a bunch of young girls recently and I must say the sweet things they said had me blushing in no time,” he�grins and we can just imagine the colour rising on those dimpled cheeks!

When asked about that someone special in�his life, he says, “She’s yet to walk into my life.” In his next exciting action flick Muriyadai, produced by K. Balachander and directed by Selva, he plays an upright lawyer who goes out of his way to protect the rights of a common man. Playing the common man battling day-to-day�problems is ace actor Sathyaraj.
