Directors’ association's secret meeting

Was it a hush-hush affair? We are speaking about the directors’ association meeting recently held in Mahabalipuram, a meeting at which presspersons were not invited. Big names, including director Bharathi Raja, R.K. Selvamani, Ameer and others attended the meeting. The buzz is that Bharathi Raja had personally invited Mani Rathnam for this meet and he gracefully obliged.

The two main agendas were: To discuss the issue of assistant director Balamurugan, who was acting against the association in a few matters; second, to discuss about constructing a building for the association. The members have already appealed to the State Government regarding this and everything seems to be going in the right path. They have also decided to hold entertainment events to collect funds to build their buildings at the earliest, sources say.
