Director Ramana turns hero with Gudhirai

Director Ramana, who�directed Thirumalai and helped�Vijay establish his brand of acting through it,�is now a Kollywood hero! This talented director, who was also responsible for Sullaan (Dhanush) and Aadhi (Vijay), is acting and directing Gudhirai (also spelt as Guthirai) at present.

Insiders say Gudhirai is a perfect blend of action, romance and comedy. It also has a very good storyline which forced the director to accept the lead role. A beautiful newcomer plays the heroine.

We wish director Ramana best of luck and hope Gudhirai helps this talented director – who can help heroes identify and establish their unique brand of acting – to gain prominence as an actor-director.
