Kalyani: Daring to be different

Sonea Suri (younger sister of former Miss India Natasha Suri) is just one film old in the industry, but there is a rumour that she has acted in a nude scene in her debut Telugu movie Chapter 6 (dubbed as Atthiyayam 6 in Tamil).

Chapter 6, produced by Kalyani (better known as Kaveri before her marriage to Surya Kiran), features Sonea Suri and Bala in important roles.�Kalyani also has an important role in this movie directed by Surya Kiran.

Denying the nude scene, Kalyani said that the actress (Sonea Suri) has been shown with her bare back, which at best, can be implied as a suggestive gesture. “Thre is no way it can be deemed as obscenity. It is a crucial scene, with the whole plot unfolding after that bare back scene. I do not foresee any problems from the Censor Board but should that happen, I am ready with�my explanation,” said Kalyani, who says she is�keen to make films depicting women in good� light.
