Chiranjeevi to act again

After staying away from films for the last two years to venture in Andhra Pradesh politics, megastar turned politician Chiranjeevi has decided to act once again.

On his 55th birthday celebration at Chiranjeevi Blood Bank in Hyderabad on Sunday, Chiru's son, actor Ram Charan Teja told reporters that Chiranjeevi's next film will grace screens next year.

Notably, Chiranjeevi himself has expressed his desire to act in films recently during the audio launch of Robot, starring Rajinikanth. In a film career spanning over three decades, Chiranjeevi has acted in 149 films. If he resumes acting, his next will be his 150th film.
