Pa. Ranjith’s upcoming directorial is Madras, which features Karthi and Catherine Tresa in the lead roles. Madras is produced under the Studio Green Productions banner and is expected to hit the screens soon.
Catherine Tresa came into the industry in the year 2010 and she has been a part of the Kannada, Telugu and Malayalam industries since then. The actress is entering Kollywood with Madras.
At the audio launch of Madras, Catherine stated that she was fortunate to make her debut in Tamil with this film. She further added that working in this movie gave her a new perspective of life, after seeing the people from the areas of North Chennai.
