Camera is my first love: Vishwanath

Jaganmohini/ Jagan Mohini�is�releasing on Diwali day and director N.K. Vishwanath has every reason to feel excited. Can Namitha do one better than Jayamalini of the original is the challenge facing him right from the day he began the movie.

Daring to be different, Vishwanath says that save for the scene where Jayamalini places her feet in fire, he has given a new coating and flavour. "I have played with the graphics which will reflect well with the mood of the film.There will be no shortage of�trick shots and the sword fights projecting Namitha in a never seen before�avatar."

Vishwanath said he took to direction�under compelling circumstances but is enjoying the job to the hilt. “It was in deference to the wishes of Kamal Haasan that I began direction to finish the unfinished project of Sankarlal when director T.N. Balu died midway through the shoot. Now I am 12 films old as a director. The success of Jaganmohini will have a bearing on my future projects,” said the director with the who insists that the camera is still his first love.
