Audio launch of Sun Pictures’ Thee

Following the hit film Kadhalil Vizhunden, Sun Pictures have added two more potential hits to their list: Thenavettu starring Jiiva and Poonam Bajwa and Thee starring Sundar C., Namitha and Rahini.

Thee’s audio was launched on November 17th in a grand function that coincided with the Sun Audio logo launch. After venturing into movie production, Sun has also taken up another important business in film industry – music! At this grand function, Sun Audio’s logo was released by Simbu, Vijay Anthony, Srikanth and Imman. Following this, Thee’s audio was launched; Khushbu presented the Thee audio cassette to young heroes Santhanu and Nakul. Then Raghava Lawrence handed over the audio CD to the eminent members of Producers’ Council.

Sun TV CEO Mr. Saxena welcomed the dignitaries and also gave the vote of thanks. Many VIPs of Kollywood, including the names mentioned above, Sivasakthi Pandian, L.M.M. Muralidharan and S. Dhanu attended the function.

Three songs were screened at the function. A beautifully-made duet shot with Sundar C. and Namitha in Switzerland was very well-received by the audience. Following this, two solo songs – one filmed with Sundar C. and the other with Namitha – were screened.

Thee is about an honest police officer who is distracted and hindered from fulfilling his duties efficiently by some corrupt politicians. The vexed protagonist decides to cut the diamond with the diamond; he becomes a politician himself and brings down the corrupt politicians.

G. Kichcha has written the story, screenplay, dialogues and also directed this film produced by Kalanidhi Maran.

Vivek and Sundar C. team up again for Thee and their juggernaut of humour continues.
