Arjunan Kadhali Contest

Arjunan Kadhali starring Jai of Subramaniyapuram fame and Poorna directed by Parthi Bhaskar is progressing at a fast pace. The film is a sincere and sensible love story that talks about the genuine efforts and hard work that goes into making a love affair successful and acceptable before the criticising eyes of the society. Moreover, in a parallel track, the story also deals with the influence of love in the father-daughter relationship and how both the old and new generation representatives sort out the dilemmas and disputes that crop up between them as an after-effect of the affair. So exploring both, Arjunan Kadhali will be a love as well as a family film. In order to instill a sense of discipline in the shooting routine, director Paarthi Bhaskar scheduled a contest between both its lead actors. Accordingly, whoever arrives first in the sets will get a cash prize of Rs. 500. The prize was awarded and sponsored by the director himself. It seems that Poorna has consistently won it till date.
