Ananthanarayanan thanks Vaalmiki unit

Director Ananthanarayanan was very positive that his film Vaalmiki, based on life of petty thieves would definitely click with the audience. Ananthanarayanan had done extensive research on the topic before he started shooting and his efforts have borne fruit; the film has generated a lot of interest and appreciation.

A good script is a sureshot recipe for success and directors like Ananthanarayanan and Sasikumar have proved it! Speaking about Vaalmiki, Ananthanarayanan said that making it was a wonderful experience. The director ensured that he had the best technical crew with him although all his actors were relatively new. The entire cast was made to undergo a workshop for a week, where each individual was taught some basics of acting.

Ananthanarayanan thanked the entire unit, especially the producers Vikatan Talkies for all their help and support. Vaalmiki has been running to packed houses, as it has a very good story presented in an entertaining format. The director has already started work on his next project and is tight-lipped about it!
