Sona wants to act in Malayalam films

Though Sona is happy she has been getting offers from every Kollywood producer these days, she is a tad disappointed these offers are mostly for “item numbers”. Though glamour, dance and playing a seductress are her forte, she is also interested in doing lead roles and some meaningful roles. Moreover, after playing a meaty role in Pathu Pathu, she thought she would be able to bag some lead roles in Kollywood, but it seems to be an unlikely prospect at the moment. So she has decided to act in Malayalam films, where she thinks she can get some glamorous lead roles. Her idea is to bag few lead roles there and if they click, definitely Kollywood filmmakers will come to her with better offers. She is desperate to prove that she can be an excellent actress, not just an item girl. She is not averse to being glamorous, but she wants screen space and more meaningful roles too.

For the moment, Mollywood is in great luck! It has caught Sona’s attention!
