Simbu’s car and driver missing

On Thursday, September 11th, just when the cops were having their “another boring night shift”, a phone call excited them. It was actor Silambarasan on the other end,�reporting the theft of his Ford Mondeo by his driver Vasanthakumar; Silambarasan and his brother Kuralarasan found that their car and the driver (asked to wait outside) were missing after they came out of�the star hotel where they partied.

As soon as the cops were informed, they took all steps to trace the actor’s car and driver: the number and other identification marks of the car were relayed to all control stations and check posts of the city; a search party began looking in the vicinity of the hotel. Finally, one simple action stopped their investigations and left a smile on their faces. When they called Simbu’s home, they learnt that the driver Vasanthakumar had left on Simbu’s mother’s instructions.

All the chaos resulted because of a small communication gap. After waiting for more than 3 hours at the hotel after dropping Simbu and his brother at the hotel at 10 p.m., Vasanthakumar called Simbu’s mother Usha and informed her of his plight. She instructed him to leave, which the partying brothers were totally unaware of! The police decided that their services were not needed herre.

Next day, life was as usual for Simbu and his driver. He reported on time to take him to the gym!

PS: But Simbu was generous enough to smile away his driver’s�error of leaving without keeping the brothers informed.
