Shruti in Sigappu Rojakkal remake

Star kid Shruti Haasan is a happy person these days; she is currently busy with her Telugu debut opposite Siddharth, which is expected to be an epic-fantasy. After that, she will make a dream debut in Kollywood with Suriya and Ghajini director A.R. Murugadoss in their next film.

Now, the latest buzz is that the starlet is all set to star in the remake of  dad Kamal Haasan’s yesteryear super hit movie Sigappu Rojakkal. The original version was directed by veteran Bharathi Raja; sources say that the modern version will be made by his son Mano with Shakthi as the hero opposite Shruti.
