Shaam's long journey!
Shaam was a model in Bangalore, and aspired to be in movies one day. As fate would have it, his first tryst with the camera was in Kushi, where he played a small role as Vijay's friend. He soon burst into Kollywood with 12B, directed by late Jeeva. He further went on to star in several films, including Ullam Ketkume, Iyarkai, Thoondil and Inba.
Shaam's performance was appreciated in Tamil, and now the actor has decided to try his luck in Telugu with Kick, which just released and also stars Ravi Teja and Ileana. The film is an action adventure flick with Shaam playing a cop's role. Kick is directed by Surinder Reddy.
Shaam agrees that the offer was very exciting and came as a pleasant surprise. Shaam performed very well in the action scenes and his dedication has won many admirers in Tollywood. The director is so impressed with Shaam that he has been offered a lead role in his next film. Last week, the film had a great opening and is on its way to becoming a blockbuster.
