Prabhu Deva turns producer with a Telugu flick

Choreographer, actor-turned-director Prabhu Deva, who shot to fame in Telugu as the director of Nuvvostanante Nenoddantana (2005) with Siddardh as hero, is all set to foray into film production with a Telugu film.

Coincidently, multi-talented Prabhu Deva's maiden production, to be directed by the producer himself, will star his first hero Siddarth in the lead role. The heroine and the rest of the cast are yet to be finalized.

The film is expected begin in November after Prabhu Deva completes his ongoing Bollywood directorial venture Wanted: Dead and Alive, a remake of Tamil super hit Pokkiri. Starring Salman Khan and Ayesha Takia in the lead roles, the film will be released on August 7.
