Nadodigal in Telugu planned for Pongal release

Nadodigal, one of the surprise hits of 2009, is being remade by director Samuthirakani in Telugu with the title Shambo Shiva Shambo.

With the shooting schedules over and the post-production work also on the verge of completion, Shambo Shiva Shambo is expected to be released in January 2010 for Pongal (Sankranti).

Samuthirakani has retained Abhinaya from the Tamil version; other cast members include Ravi Teja, Allari Naresh, Siva Balaji, Priyamani and Sunil. Music is scored by Sundar C. Babu.
