Mohanlal's fourth Hindi flick with Vishal Bhardwaj?

After making his Bollywood debut with the impressive Kala Paani followed in 2002 by Company and then Ram Gopal Varma Ki Aag (2007), Malayalam super star Mohanlal is likely to play a pivotal role in noted Bollywood director and music director Vishal Bhardwaj's forthcoming multi-starrer, expected to feature Hrithik Roshan and Priyanka Chopra in the lead.

The director came to Kochi last week and met his favourite actor at Avenue Regency where the shooting of Mohanlal's Roshan Andrews directed Ivide Swargam Aanu was taking place.

According to sources, he narrated the storyline to the actor and flew back to Mumbai by evening with a smile on his face. Sources close to Mohanlal confirmed that in all probability, he would do the film which will start rolling sometime in March, 2010.

Though Mohanlal's performance as the cerebral and intriguing Police Commissioner in Company was widely appreciated and the film was a critical and commercial hit, Ram Gopal Varma Ki Aag was unfortunately one of the biggest flops in Indian cinema, lasting only two weeks in Indian theatres with the majority of audiences leaving the film during its intermission. Perhaps, that is the reason Mohanlal did not sign any more Hindi movies. Let's hope Mohanlal would make it big in Bollywood this time.
