London Philharmonic Orchestra to perform Rahman's works

The world-famous London Philharmonic Orchestra group will perform the works of Oscar winning musician A.R. Rahman on April 7. The concert will feature some of his best known works. The Mozart of Madras is also expected to attend the event and take part in a question-and-answer session after the concert.

Recently, the Academy Award winning musician�announced a massive world tour starting on June 11 in New York (USA) and ending in London (UK) on July 26. There are also reports that Bollywood producer Vijay Galani has bought the broadcast rights of the�three final shows (Manchester on 23 July, Birmingham on 24 July, London on 25 July) of this forthcoming world tour for a whopping Rs. 10 crores.
