Unnaipol Oruvan: Kamal Haasan files counter

The fate of Unnaipol Oruvan, scheduled to release on September 18, still hangs in balance. As per the instructions of Judge Rajasurya, Kamal Haasan filed a counter on Wednesday morning contesting the charge of Pyramid Saimira that he had not kept his promise of completing Marmayogi before beginning another movie.

In his counter, Kamal has said that Unnaipol Oruvan has been a huge production venture and a delay in its release would inflict a heavy loss for his home banner (Raaj Kamal Films) and UTV. A final judgement is expected on Thursday.
