I am thrilled to work with Kamal Haasan: Ganesh Venkatraman
Actor Ganesh Venkatraman shot to fame with Abhiyum Naanum and the film was extremely successful in Tamil and Telugu. Working with Kamal Haasan is a dream for many, and it was no cakewalk for Ganesh either. After several people were auditioned for this role, Ganesh Venkatraman was finalized as he displayed a lot of discipline and keenness during the auditions.
Ganesh considers it an honour to work for Raj Kamal Film International. He plays the role of a cop in Unnai Pol Oruvan, Tamil remake of A Wednesday. This is his second film, and the actor says he welcomes offbeat roles. When he was asked to narrate his experience while working with Kamal Haasan and Mohanlal, he said that both of them are very humble and have this unique ability to make every one feel comfortable instantly!
Ganesh Venkatraman has been flooded with several offers and is said to be considering some Telugu projects. He said he will always cherish those wonderful moments of working with legends Kamal and Mohanlal.
Ganesh considers the Unnai Pol Oruvan experience as something equivalent to completing a university course in film-making, and is raring to make it big!
