IT raids at film star residences

The Income tax department officials conducted raids at the residences of noted film stars including actor Suriya, Vadivelu, director K.S. Ravi Kumar, producer Gnanavel Raja, Agaram Foundation’s Gnanavel, director A.R. Murugadoss, and owners of Shakthi Masala.

Sources say that the Income tax officers conducted the raid at Suriya’s residences in T. Nagar, Adyar and K.S. Ravikumar’s house in Saidapet. They also add that the raids started at 7 a.m. and went on till 2 p.m. Further information on the raids is awaited from the officials.
