Aruvadai turns Vande Mataram

Action King Arjun has been missing from action for a while now. His upcoming movie Aruvadai alongside Mammootty, has taken longer than usual to complete. Whenever two top stars come together to do a movie, it raises everyone’s expectations, and just to make sure the people aren’t disappointed, the movie team has to work harder; hence delays are quite natural. That’s probably what’s been keeping this movie as well. However, the latest development is that the movie has been renamed; it’s is no longer called Aruvadai; it is now called Vande Mataram. Directed by Arvindh and produced by Pankaj Productions, the movie is in the last phase of post-production, and is expected to release in December 2009.
