Ajmal Ameer's double bonanza

Remember Ajmal Ameer? Well, who can forget the Anjathey's Kripa? The actor, last seen in Nandhini's Thiru Thiru Thuru Thuru, is gearing up for K.V. Anand's Ko which has Jiiva in the lead role. Reports states that the actor will play a prominent character with some negative shades in the film.

Now the latest buzz is that the actor is all set to play a double role in director Prabhu's (a former associate of Shankar) next. The film is titled Karuppanpatti; it is said that Ajmal will play the role of a father and a modern son. The film is expected to be set in the backdrop of a village and a city. Karuppanpatti is produced by Sundar; P.G. Muthaiah will wield the camera. D. Imman is the music director.
