Singer Sayanora to marry

Noted South Indian playback singer Sayanora, who sang the super hit 'Athiradee' of Rajnikath starrer Sivaji The Boss, is getting married to Winston Antonie de Crouse, a real estate businessman. Their marriage will�on May 17, 2009 at Holy Trinity Cathedral in Kannur, Kerala.

Winston is also running a fitness centre; Sayanora was a regular visitor there practising aerobics for some time and they gradually fell in love. The engagement will be held on 21 December, 2008.

Born and brought up in a musical family, Sayanora learnt Carnatic music for more than eight years. Her father is�a music teacher. In 2004, Sayanora debuted into films with her first Malayalam film song in Manjupoloru Penkutty directed by Kamal. Later she joined A.R. Rahman's music troupe. She was in the lead of Rahman's Bosnian album and also worked as a chorus singer in Manirathnam's Guru. Then she sang songs for Sillunu Oru Kadhal and its Telugu version.

‘Indrasabhathala’ (Abraham Lincoln), ‘Kariravin Kunnil Vellithalam’ (Pranayakalam), ‘Kattupoocha’ (July 4), ‘Oh January’ (Big B), ‘Raja Raja Rajakumari’ (Of The People) and ‘Vakamarathin Kompilirunnoru’ (July 4) are some of the�outstanding Malayalam songs by Sayanora.�Other recent films in which she has sung are Chotta Mumbai, Iron, Dham Dhoom, Minnaminnikoottam, Cassanova, Love In Singapore and Red Chillies.
