Sadanandan Rangorath and Debobroto Mandal of Lucsam Creations need no introduction. These are the producers who made blockbusters like Salt N Pepper and Nidra. They are currently producing Good Bye December.
Salt N Pepper completed 140 successful days in the theatres, besides winning the Kerala State Award for the most popular movie of 2011, and taking home 22 different awards in the same year. It was touted as a trend-setting young generation movie and is set for remake in Tamil and Telugu by Prakashraj. Nidra was acclaimed as the classic movie of the year. It won awards in 42 international film festivals. Good Bye December is currently under shoot with the famous Shillong Chamber Choir scoring the music.
Meanwhile, the production house is all set to enter Tamil cinema with an untitled movie, to be directed by Dhanaram Saravanan, former assistant to Chimbu Devan. This movie is based on true events and talks about our social system and the common man and how they are interconnected in today’s world.
