The fight between Chennai Rhinos and Karnataka Bulldozers over the controversial run out at the CCL final match has finally come to an end.

During the CCL final match, when Chennai Rhinos bowler Vikranth was about to bowl the last over, he suddenly removed the bails from the stumps at the non-striker end as the player was out of crease. He appealed for run out and Karnataka Bulldozers player Karthik was declared out by the umpires. The last minute drama in the controversial run out upset the Karnataka Bulldozers team members. The team owner Ashok Kheny had demanded that there be a re-match. But Karnataka Bulldozers skipper Sudeep said that he was not interested in dragging this issue any further. He said that he was happy that Chennai Rhinos had won the CCL trophy. With regards to the run out, he said that the Chennai Rhinos captain Vishal had met him and he was sorry about the whole incident. And since the Chennai players were his friends, he did not want take this issue any further.
