Salman Khan was arrested in 2002 for rash and negligent driving of his car, which lead to the death of a person who was sleeping on the pavement and three others were injured in the mishap. Though charges of culpable homicide were laid against him, they were dropped later.
Later, the court again charged him for homicide, that he knew his driving would kill people and killed them knowingly. The case verdict was earlier scheduled for June 10, but has now been put off to June 24.
It is said that Salman may get 10 years of imprisonment if he loses the case.
