Ranbir Kapoor's Barfi! is in trouble. The film, also starring Priyanka Chopra and Ileana D'Cruz in lead roles, is gearing up for release this friday. Meanwhile, a Mumbai-based company, Murphy Enterprises, has sent a notice to the Barfi! makers, claiming that they have used their Murphy Radio's name and their brand ambassador 'Murphy baby' without getting a No Objection Certificate.

Their spokesperson has revealed that filmmakers have projected their radio in a bad light, and also the story is said to be based on the Murphy Radio, hence the notice has been sent. He further added, that if there is no response from the makers, they would take this legally and would stay the release.

Barfi! team is yet to give their reply.
