While many mysteries remain about the lost city of Dwaraka also known in our puranas as Lord Krishna's abode in the Dwapara yuga - , there are some things that archaeologist Venkatesh stumbles upon and is determined to unearth.

Against this backdrop begins an adventure that slowly unfolds and gains momentum as the movie progresses. The archaeologist is aided in his attempts by a robber. One of the key characters in the movie is a 4-year old girl, who plays a critical role in the hero achieving his objective of good triumphing over evil. This film is a roller coaster ride of adventure and fun. To enjoy it, the viewer must not only suspend disbelief but must completely submit to the fantasy. Only that way can the sheer pleasure of the film be experienced.

Despite the extreme violence: the hero is chased by Sharks, encountered by the weirdest of villains in all forms - our archaeologist hero is properly laconic and single minded while Soundarya is as feisty as they come. The villains here are not merely bad but downright evil. Kodi Ramakrishna directs it with the fury appropriate for a character with tinges of Indiana Jones in its make and mannerisms !
