Maayan is the central character of the movie, a person who fights for the rights of his people. He speaks on behalf of the suppressed, the downtrodden & the deprived villagers. In his rebellion he kills the village zamindar. In order to pursue his righteous fight against the social system he goes under cover taking the jungle as his hide out.
        He helps the needy by robbing the rich. He comes to meet a freedom fighter & befriends him. Love, comedy, bravery are well interwoven in a simple but at the same time a very enticing script.
